Gymness is the new way to track what you’ve been doing and what you will be doing in the gym! You can take this app to various gyms and get specific workouts, feedback for what you need to do better next time you work out, and one-on-one classes with personal trainers. Plus, you can track the crowds at gyms and at machines. Not only does it help track where you are at the gym, but it also helps you outside of the gym. Our app gives you personal meal prep assistance, with a licensed dietician on our team helping give you optimal gains. Our app also helps to track your fitness (cardio, steps, calorie intake, heart rate, BMI chart, VO2 max calculator, and BMR calculator.)
